Sumida Park (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility") and its designated operator, the Sumida Park Management Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Group"), hereby establish the following Terms of Use for social media (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Use") for the operation of the official social media accounts (hereinafter referred to as "Official Accounts"). To use this page, you are required to agree to these Terms.

The following actions are prohibited when using the Official Accounts.
Posts and comments that violate these Terms of Use may be removed without prior notice.
The User’s account may be subject to blocking, and no notification will be given to the User in such instances.

• Identifying, disclosing, or leaking personal information without the individual's consent;
• Acts that damage the reputation or credibility of this Group or third parties, or constitute defamation or slander;
• Acts that infringe upon the copyrights, portrait rights, or intellectual property rights of this Group or third parties;
• Uploading or distributing harmful programs that violate laws and regulations;
• Acts that are contrary to public order and morals (such as obscene, violent, or cruel expressions) ;
• False or misleading information, as well as mere rumors or content that promotes them;
• Impersonating another company or entity;
• Posts intended for advertising or promotional purposes (including cases where Users are redirected to external sites that serve advertising or promotional purposes) ;
• Content related to political activities, election campaigns, religious activities, or any similar subject matter;
• Any behavior that violates the terms of service or Group guidelines established by social media platform providers;
• Acts that go against the purpose of this service or are unrelated to the objectives of Official Accounts;
• Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Facility.

Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademark rights, related to the individual content (such as text, photographs, and illustrations) published on this page belong to the Facility or the original rights holders.

Access to Basic Information

The Facility may access information that Users have set as publicly visible to all Users on their social networking service (SNS) accounts, including but not limited to names and profile pictures. By continuing to use the Official Accounts, you are deemed to have agreed to the privacy policy stated below.

When collecting the personal information of the User, the Facility will manage it appropriately in accordance with the Privacy Policy at the address below.

Revisions of these Terms of Use

This Group may revise these Terms of Use without prior notice to Users.

Liability for Damages

If a User causes damage to the Facility in violation of these Terms of Use, or through willful misconduct or negligence, the User shall be liable to compensate the Group for all damages, whether direct or indirect.
If a User causes damage to a third party in connection with the use of this page, the User shall compensate for such damage and resolve any disputes with the third party at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any inconvenience to the Group.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute between the User and the Facility, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
